The Australian LGBTI Awards are designed to showcase individuals and organisations that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the LGBTI community. We believe that those who go the extra mile to ensure equality, opportunity and fair treatment for all, regardless of sexuality, gender identity, or intersex experience deserve to be recognised.

We are looking for straight allies, who have not only supported LGBTI initiatives within their company, but have actively affected or initiated change.
We are looking for a LGBTI+ individual, who has initiated positive change within their company throughout all areas of diversity and particularly LGBTI initiatives. Those shortlisted should demonstrate they have had a large influence on their workplace and beyond.
BIG W - LGBTI Employee Network Group
We are looking for new and established LGBTI network groups, that can demonstrate that they are active, innovative and supportive of their LGBTI staff, and can show a proven track record for implementing inclusions.
